Fly My Pretties

Fly My Pretties are set to take flight in the form of their fourth incarnation. Having not played in Wellington since their 2009 ‘A Story’ tour, almost three years on the time feels right to round up a fresh cast of musicians and hit the road with a new and exciting concept that will once again challenge your senses.

Fly My Pretties are New Zealand's favourite live collaborative group starring a selection of the country’s finest musicians, all set to a stunning visual backdrop.

In keeping with tradition, Fly My Pretties will be filmed and recorded live for an album and DVD, complete with fresh aesthetics and conceptual ideas that will surprise audiences while remaining true to the original integrity and progressive nature of the experience.

Since its inception, Fly My Pretties has grown to become a local legend within New Zealand creative culture and continues to reach people all over the world. The focus of the project is on original music, artistic collaboration and surrounding themes, making it much more of an experience than a just a concert.

As always, the new tour will combine a unique flock of musicians – expect to see a few familiar faces from the past plus a collection of fresh kiwi talent all unite and perform in an absolute must see Fly My Pretties show.

With the St James concert being the last stop on the tour, you’re bound to witness some stunning album and DVD takes plus unexpected end-of-tour deviations from the cast!
