Les Sylphides and Cinderella

The classical beauty of Les Sylphides and the magical story of Cinderella are brought together in one programme and danced by the talented young dancers of the Deirdre Tarrant Dance Theatre.

Les Sylphides has been described as “romantic reverie” composed of a suite of dances in the romantic atmosphere of a moonlit park and everyone loves the happy ever after classical story book ballet that is Cinderella.

Come along to the Opera House and join in with the Christmas celebration that is part of a long Wellington tradition of amazing performances by the young for the young at heart.

Directed by Deirdre Tarrant these two stories will be a Christmas treat for your family!
