Level 1 - Dress Circle
Level 2 - Grand Circle (The St James Theatre) or Gallery (The Opera House - access via ground floor cafe)
Please be aware that there is no lift at the Opera House and the lift at the St James only goes to the first floor. You will still have to climb stairs to get to the Grand Circle.
Ticket price categories
The price and seat location of each reserve (ticket category) changes with each show and are decided by the show's promoter. For this reason, the Seating Plans published make no distinction between the different reserves.
**Hearing Loop
We have also included a plan illustrating the hearing loop, installed in The St James Theatre Stalls area. A hearing loop means that if you have a hearing aid which can be tuned into a hearing loop, you are able to do this in The St James Theatre Stalls.
The following colour codes apply when reviewing the plan
- White Suitable for those with hearing aids
- Blue Unsuitable for those with hearing aid in right ear
- Yellow Unsuitable for those with hearing aid in left ear
- Red Unsatisfactory coverage in rows BB & CC
General sound is reduced by 50% in rows A, B and C. Also, on the right hand of the stalls, as you face the stage, seats through to row 16 may be subject to an electrical buzz from technical equipment.
